Diversified Drafting & Design has been established since 1998 providing computerized drafting and design services for custom residential homes and additions to owners and builders across the region. To enable the company's continued growth, we are always seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Construction Project Manager.

Job Description

Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for the construction management and supervision of new custom residential homes in accordance with the Ontario Building Code and to the individual customer's requirements and satisfaction. You will be planning, organizing, directing and controlling construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget. You will also be dealing with customers, suppliers, sub-trades, and Building Officials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

College Diploma in an Architectural Construction Technology program or equivalent experience. Several years of experience in the construction industry, including experience as a construction supervisor or field superintendent. Extensive experience in the construction industry may substitute for post-secondary education requirements. Valid Driver's License. Candidates must possess a positive, professional attitude and appearance with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Individuals must be highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines. This is a career position with a rapidly growing company with opportunity for advancement and bonuses.
